Ensure That:

• No vehicle is to reverse without a spotter in place, or 100% confirmation that no person or obstacle is behind the vehicle.
• If you as the operator cannot 100% confirm there is no person or obstacle behind the vehicle you must not reverse. 
• A 360 degree walk around of the vehicle must occur prior to reversing where a spotter is not in place.
• Where practicable Light Vehicle’s to park outside of the work zone.
• If positive communication is lost with the spotter Stop until clear instruction in received and confirmed.
• All reversing heavy vehicles must be fitted with reversing cameras.
